[ Music is my life ]
Have you ever thought about why music gives us joy based on a scientific perspective? It dawns on me. So, I googled and tried to dig some facts.
Surprisingly, It's a question that has puzzled scientists for decades. Studies have shown that our brains release dopamine, which in turn makes us happy when we listen to music.
In one study published in Nature Neuroscience, led by Zatorre, researchers found that dopamine release is the strongest when a piece of music reaches an emotional peak and the listeners feel the same way as the music does.
It's possible that our love of music is simply an accident. We originally evolved emotions to help us navigate dangerous worlds and social situations. And somehow, the tones and beats of musical composition activate similar brain areas.
음악은 우리가 살아가면서 정말 힘이되기도 하고 친구가 되어주기도 하죠. 나의 기분을 반영하는 것 같아 힘들거나 기쁠 때 들으면 그 감정들이 극대화될 수도 있죠.
